 Deputy Chief Darryl Halbert
 DSC 0021  Deputy Chief Darryl Halbert is a 23-year veteran of the Fulton County Police Department. During his tenure, he has performed various functions within the department including Patrol Watch Commander, Public Information Officer, Accreditation Manager, and Internal Affairs commander.

Deputy Chief Halbert holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Political Science from Mississippi State University and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Columbus (GA) State University.

   Deputy Chief Halbert is a graduate of Class IX of the Georgia Law Enforcement Command College, the 238th  Session of the FBI National Academy, and served as a member of 22nd  delegation to Israel as part of Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE) Program.
