Description:
The Board of Commissioners of Fulton County, Georgia has determined that there is a need for an additional hospital Authority to function within said county in order to help finance the cost of adequate and proper health care facilities for the citizens of Fulton County and that such hospital Authority is being created pursuant to Section 88-1803.1 GA. Code Ann., which hospital Authority shall be known as the Fulco Hospital Authority. Said hospital Authority shall be a spearate and distinct entity from the Hospital Authority of Fulton County created pursuant to Section 88-1803 Ga. Code Ann. FULCO Hospital Authority was discussed and activated in accordance with Georgia Law (Ga. Code Ann. §88-1803.1) by resolutions of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners dated April 4, 1979 and April 18, 1979 to issue revenue anticipation certificates and other indebtedness to provide funds for hospitals and health care facilities located within Fulton County.
