    CodeRED_Tabloid_size Fulton County Government announced today that they have contracted with Emergency Communications Network (ECN) to license its CodeRED high-speed notification system that will provide Fulton County Emergency Management officials the ability to quickly deliver time-sensitive messages via voice, email, and text to Fulton citizens who register to participate in the program during emergency or disasters situations.

Fulton County Arts & Culture Announces 2012-2013 Funding Line | Print |

The deadline to submit applications is THURSDAY, MARCH 15, 2012 at 4:45 P.M.  Each year, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners through the Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture supports non-profit arts organizations to ensure Fulton County citizens enjoy an array of rich arts experiences within their communities. The Fulton County Arts Council announces funding opportunities through Contracts for Services ranging from $1,000 to $150,000 for arts, cultural, non-profit organizations and artist collectives based in Fulton County.

Eligible groups are encouraged to apply for 2012-2013 funding cycle service contracts, which are designed to support activities taking place between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013. Organizations should adhere to the Fulton County Arts & Culture mission of access, inclusion, and development of the arts programming for Fulton County residents.

Fulton County Adds Funds to Help Residents on HIV Waiting List | Print |

In an effort to help clients on Georgia’s AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) waiting list, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners allocated an additional $200,000 in its FY 2012 Budget to supplement the county’s HIV Drug Program.  Currently, 275 clients on the ADAP waiting list are enrolled in the Fulton County Ryan White Clinic (RWC).
