April is National County Government Month with Information Fair on April 4 | Print |

Fulton County provides hundreds of quality programs and services for residents. During National County Government Month in April, residents are encouraged to learn more about their County Government and the services available to them.  Click here to see the National County Government Month newsletter.

The month’s activities will kick off on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, with an information fair and proclamation highlighting the theme “Healthy Families, Healthy Counties.”  Fulton County offers a range of services to care for residents’ health – from immunizations to literacy to job readiness to senior programming, and much more.

The Board of Commissioners will present a proclamation in honor of National County Government Month during its regular meeting at 10 a.m.. Residents are invited to attend an Information Fair in the Atrium of the Fulton County Government Center, 141 Pryor Street, SW, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  

“Fulton County residents have reason to be proud of their County Government. Fulton County has a notable record of strong fiscal management, and many of our services are nationally recognized,” said County Manager Zachary L. Williams.
