Before using the Contract Compliance On-Line Application vendors must be registered in our Vendor Self Service (VSS).

Prior to registering your business through our on-line application we encourage you to follow the instructions in our Contract Compliance On-Line User Manual. The User Manual provides instructions that will assist you in registering on-line quickly and easily.

Register in Contract Compliance On-Line application if you registered in our Vendor Self Service system.
