The new Primary Care Lite clinic is located on the second floor of the Aldredge Health Center at 99 Jesse Hill Jr. Drive, Atlanta (across from Grady Hospital). Clients will receive a general examination including physician assessment, vital signs, finger stick glucose and cholesterol, appropriate prescriptions and/or referrals.
