DCRC        The Disability Affairs Program Unit is one-third of the Office of Diversity and Civil Rights Compliance (DCRC), a division of the Fulton County Manager's Office.   The  Program ensures all people, including persons with disabilities, are able to fully participate in and have access to County employment activities, programs, services, and facilities in compliance with Title I and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as amended, relevant state laws, regulations and related County policies.   Other tasks embedded in this program include:   provision of reasonable modifications; effective communications, facility assessment and barrier removal support, ADA Self Evaluation activities; and technical assistance to departments, external partners, and the public.
