Fulton County Behavioral Health Seeking to Expand Partnerships | Print |

Fulton County Behavioral Health has taken the first step to expand services to residents by developing a database for mental health providers to register their organizations to collaborate with the county to continue to provide quality mental health care to residents.

“One of the key focal points of our outreach must be partner development,” stated Patrice A. Harris, MD, Director of Fulton County Health Services.  “We believe this database system will bring awareness of our current status and services and promote opportunities for others to partner with us.”

The database is called the Partner Information Network System or (PINS).  Licensed providers can register their services to become certified partners to conduct business with the county.  Once registered, behavioral health providers will have access to best practices and funding sources to improve their aid to Fulton County residents.

“By expanding our partner base, we will be able to serve more residents and broaden treatment options,” stated Dr. Harris.

Fulton County Behavioral Health Services will host an information session on March 29, 2011 for interested providers to give updates on funding and opportunities for partnerships.

To register, interested providers can log-on to  Behavioral Health Home and click on PINS to sign up their organization.  For more information, call (404) 613-3675 to speak with a behavioral health team member.
