Fulton County is kicking off a series of public meetings, held in conjunction with cities in South Fulton, to allow the community to give input on potential South Fulton projects for a proposed Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (T-SPLOST).
The Fulton County Department of Public Works, in conjunction with the cities of South Fulton, will hold a first round of public meetings starting April 12 to solicit input in drafting a list of proposed improvements for funding consideration. Participants will have a chance to review Fulton County data as well as maps depicting critical corridors and other information
Community feedback gathered during this series of meetings will be used to develop a draft list of projects for potential TSPLOST funding. The draft project list will be shared with the community during a second round of meetings tentatively planned for late May.
