The Task Force is composed of faith-based and nonprofit organizations, corporations, educators, local government officials, Fulton County department heads and staff, law enforcement, legal advisors and concerned citizens.

MBKFC has been charged with developing the local Action Plan, which serves as the strategy for program development. The Task Force established the vision, mission, goal and objectives that are outlined in this plan under the heading Blue Print.

The Task Force also developed eight Focus Areas that are required to be incorporated in all service deliveries. These Focus Areas are listed in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which is signed by all participating organizations and volunteers.
